Check wire age, proper sizing, disclose and signs of wear,

If the old insulation wrapping your wires is spongey and copper/aluminum is showing, it should be replaced. And I'll let you know if I think it still has some years left!

Industry standards provide multiple recognized options that are suitable for different situations. We can take it a couple steps further, and easily tie in multiple points to reinforce your grounding system into a "robust emergency brake." Small adjustments or additions act as a grounding security net ensuring safety, if other parts fail.

Absolutely, I've found that sensitive technical equipment, like Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) used to control motor speed, may struggle to operate as designed in high electrical noise areas. If your brand new solid state equipment is properly installed and programmed but still not functioning, the environment may be the culprit. Large moving equipment such as generators, or even multiple smaller machines, can throw out magnetic fields that distort the signals traveling through your wires. Adding an additional grounding path can stabilize the echoes from magnetic fields, and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Another dirty secret.

Issues may stem from power supplied by your utility. Dirty power as it's called. Voltage spikes happen, but there are ways to filter your electricity and feed your electronic equipment smooth pure drinking water..... Well maybe don't pour filtered water onto your electronic devices, but you get my drift.
